One of the things that I really enjoyed about working with Lorenz is his intuitiveness about the kind of record I was making, and his ability to translate that into a great sound. I can say from experience that when you tell someone you're making an instrumental Hip Hop/Nu Jazz CD, they don't usually get it. But Lorenz got it right away. He helped me get the soulful boom bap sound I wanted. Great mastering, very personable service, and I plan to work with XARC again in the future.
