Professional and great service

What comes to my mind when reviewing the experience of working with Lorenz and XARC online mastering is superb service, friendly and prompt communications, very professional results and 8 weeks turnaround time.

From the very beginning I could sense that Lorenz takes his service seriously and that he is willing to make the extra effort for the right results. Since this was my first attempt with online mastering I was a little nervous about the whole thing but Lorenz quickly proved to me that he would do whatever possible to get my project "right". He also proved that these where no empty words both in the initial extra work he did to prepare my uploaded masters which needed conversion and also in the final results where we, through the approval process, collaborated on getting the perfect results we both could agree where up to our standards.

I agree with others in stating that Lorenz will probably have to start hiring some helping hands because of his busy schedule. This turned out to be the only 'downside' of my experience where the final turnaround time was 8 weeks not including the approval process. This was two weeks more than I had initially expected which was, I have to admit, nerve wrecking at times. For Lorenz credit he always made sure to update me on the progress and his latest status regarding work load and expected delivery.

All in all I am very pleased with the results and Lorenz service. I would definitely do it again with other projects. Next time I will only make sure to reserve a slot in his busy schedule well in advance.
