Hi,
I've been reading the info throughout the website, especially the testamonials, and am suitably impressed with the level of service you seem to provide.
As a result I am keen to have my music mastered here, and so just have a general query as to the response time in regards to having an account setup. I understand you must be quite busy, but what sort of time-length am I looking at before receiving a reply, (I sent contact details approximately 24 hours ago)?
This is not a request to "hurry up". I just need a ball-park figure so I can let some other "third-party" people know.
Thankyou kindly, and congratulations on an excellent service.

Hi Egopool,
thanks for your interest in XARC Mastering and your kind words. Please let me apologize about the delay in getting back to you, but XARC has grown very much lately and especially if you inquiry at the weekend there can be some small delays. I hope you understand and thank you for your patience in advance. However, your account should be created during Monday and you will receive an email by then, explaining the whole process step by step.
The turnaround time for the mastering itself can vary very much depending on the current workload and the size of your project. However, I will do my best to keep your deadline(s) if somehow possible.
Thank you very much once again and donĀ“t hesitate to contact me if you I can do anything else for you in the meantime.
Regards,
Lorenz |

Thankyou Lorenz. Because of time differences and such, (I'm in Australia), it didn't occur to me that it was a weekend, (you guys need a break too!).
I Look forward to working with XARC mastering.
